Blind American is here!!!

Marujah & Crhymes releases Blind American & it's something I highly suggest you should check out.  The project pops off with "The Trail" & I must admit it's the perfect way to start the album off.  The funky guitar riffs & the catchy vocals mesh nicely. The next song is "Blind American" & I was intrigued at this one before it even came on.  "one time for the wall that's gots to fall" the song starts off & I instantly felt something introspective coming.  This is one of my favorites on the project.  The uptempo of the next song "Serpent" is something that I can play over & over & over as well.  "how low will they go, when they surround you in darkness", the song "How low" speaks volumes and is a top tier song by Marujah & Crhymes.  The beat on "120 days" is so eclectic & euphoric, I suggest you play that at high volumes. "White Girl wasted"  is one of the smoother tracks on the project in my opinion & it's pretty fucking dope.  Also the hook on this song is so mesmerizing & it's perfect for this song.  The project ends with the song "Syriana"  & it's a perfect follow up to "White Girl wasted".  All & all this is a perfectly blended album with great production, funky guitar licks, dope vocals, mesmerizing hooks,  and that all over great feel you're probably looking for when listening to some metal.  Marujah & Crhymes delivered with these songs & I hope they can continue their reign in the future with great music after great music.  The sky is the limit, or is it!!!!!

T.Ledger says it's "Game Time"

T.Ledger releases "Game Time" & it's a versatile 18 songs.  "Basketball" is the first song to catch my attention.  With the vocals to a minimum in the background it's something about that is ecclectic and original.  The beat on "AFL" is so smooth and is a wonderful vibe.  "As I migrate through the album "Quarter Time Huddle" catches my attention.  The beat is dark but it's a vibe as well.  WIth the vocals being down at a minimum I can imagine what It would sound like if it was louder.  "Table Tennis" is speaking on being the best at it.  The "Downball" beat is riding & I like the way the bass hits. Presco joins T.Ledger on "Morning after" & this has a different feel from the other songs on the project.  I also wish the vocals were louder on it but this beat is banging.  The project ends with Top Blizzy on "Croissant" & this is something different & unique.  Overall I think with more mixing on the vocals this could really be something special.

Young Mally hits with Southern Gibberish

From the time the beat dropped on the "Introduction" on this Southern Gibberish tape by Young Mally, I knew I was in for something great.  The beat alone on the introduction has soul.  The album follows up with "Nasty Hoe"  which is a comedic relief but at the same time something that can go off in the club.  The follow up is "Twurk" which will instantly give you
the party vibe especially after hearing "Nasty Hoe". Twurk is one that will have the ladies lined
up on the dance floor.  "That ain't gone work, Pt. 2" is so relatable! I love it!!! I can actually hear this one going off in the club too as the crowd raps the lyrics.  Vic Rippa shows up on "Get that money" which is one of those motivational tracks that people can feel.  "Closed mouths won't never get fed". Young Mally & Rc Da Soul Boy come together on "Cadillac" and this is most def one for the cadillac  drivers and riders.  Young Mally switches the vibe up on "Make Love" & the title alone is everything that you think it is.  The party commences on "The Whisper song" & I can instantly see the ladies love this one right here.  The beginning of "Get Jiggy" sounds very familiar lol.  I'll let you figure out where the sound at the beginning comes from.  This one here is a vibe & the beat is very creative and one of the best on the project.  NiyahKayee & RoxiieReese show up on "Pray to God" & this is something different from everything that's on the project & this is that type of song that's going to touch your soul.  As soon as "Big Dawg" came on it sounded like a High School band was playing the instruments.  "I'm the big dawg in this bitch, fuck these hoes i'm trying to get rich".  This is probably my favorite because of the flow, the hook, and of course the beat.  On track 17 the track "My Baby" is real smooth & something the ladies will love as well.  I can put this one on repeat.  Young Mally ends this dope project with "Fakin"...he is speaking on some real topics, going through life, and is giving a perspective of what & where he is from.  I'll be looking forward to hearing more dope music from Young Mally in the future.  This is pretty damn good!

Kai, dropped something special!!!!!

I want to start off by saying this Silky Joints, Vol.2 is a VIBE!!!!! The project
pops off with "Lavender Body Oil" and this is super dope and eclectic.  The
wordplay, the sample, the feel of this track is amazing & you will be sure to
repeat it.  "Royal Honey Pack/Throwback Caz Shit" gives me that classic East Coast
feel that I was raised on.  If you're a person who appreciates lyrics & well
structed songs then this is for you.  I love the beat switch half way through the
song & everything flows so smoothly. "Sometimes you gotta shut your mouth & let
your mind talk", Kai is giving us what we need to hear.  Then on this
"Voodoo Crab For Takeout" he talks about sex couldn't help fix the situation that
he was in & how him & that special person went through the struggle.  I actually
can feel all of these lyrics.  If you know like I know then you know that
"Mahogany Teakwood" smells so good & this song sounds good and feels good. "People
don't appreciate the things they have most times", touched me & also that line
about taking it back like henny & hypnotiq, that's that real throwback.  The Hulk.
This project is like a mixture between great 90's rap, 2000's vibe, and splash
of current rap.  The production of this project is amazing by the way.  "Vickie
Sue Truths" sounds like something Kanye would have produced in his early Rocafella
days so you know it's something special.  The album ends with "Teddy P & Hennessy"
& I can say that there is a great combination.  This song here ends with what I
will say is a perfect project.  I can't even choose my favorite & there is no song
on here that I dislike.

"Arcane" by ZAYNE

"Arcane" by Zayne is simply perfection.  The overall vibe of the beat is exactly
what is needed and wanted.  This is a track that you can zone out to & actually
put it on repeat a few times as well.  I'm looking forward to hearing more from Zayne
in the future.  Especially if this is the lane that some of the tracks will be in.
The only problem I have with this track is that I wish it was longer because it's so
good.  All in all, this is very dope!!!

Karl Mccann with something new and creative

Karl McCann pops off the self titled album track "Eleven. The vibe of the song is smooth, the keys are sultry & the strings blends well with the vocals. The next track "Sorry" is full of emotion & its almost like you can hear the remorse in Karl's voice. From the first few seconds of "Dust" I already knew I would like it. I like the vocal arrangements & overall feel of the song. Karl captures my ear on "Because I'm pure", this is one of the songs you can actually feel when you listen to it. I also like "The surface", the musical instrumentation of this song is refreshing. "Kos" is a different feeling from everything in the project & is a solid way to end this eccentric project.

Ghost in the doorway is something special

Ghost in the doorway by Marshmellow Overcoat is something special. The project pops off with "You've just gotta believe me" & this song feels good. The amazing vocals, the drums, and the overall feel of this song is amazing. I can hear me out riding in my car with this on repeat or maybe even out at a bar singing my heart out. The guitar & the drums on "Ghost in the doorway" are top tier and this is another grooving song. "Cried at the rain" is another one on this project that I truly enjoyed. Marshmellow Overcoat takes it to another level with this song right here. "Realize what is under your control", those words alone capture me on the title track "Realize". This is one of the ones you will have on repeat for sure. Can I get some peace of mind? I love it! This song right here might just be the soundtrack of the year. We all need a peace of mind. "Get it all out" reminds me of something I would hear as a kid growing up. It's some of that feel good music with amazing instrumentation. "Never wanted it to be this way" is one of those songs where I feel like the lyrics will touch your soul if you really listen to it. "Tide's High" opens up with the piano & you can tell its going to be something special as the last track on the project. This is the perfect ending to an extremely fantastic project that I feel like anyone can enjoy. Marshmellow Overcoat delivers an amazing project.

Derek Lee Goodreid "The Love" is everything you need & more

"The Love" album Derek Lee Goodreid opens up with the uptempo "The Shakes" which is a bright opener that got me excited for the rest of the project. "Devil's Due" makes me want to get dressed, spray on some good cologne, & head to the local bar for a night of good fun. This is a standout track on the 11 song album that i'm sure almost everyone will repeat. The way that guitar comes in on "Road of bones" is good for the soul & I love it. "Sinners Prayer" starts off with what could be a warrior chant & it's something different from most of the tracks & variety is always good in my opinon. "The love" is one of those tracks that I would say is short and sweet, but a piece of me wishes it was longer. "Gone for good" is very groovy & it feels good. I'm a real big on a song feeling good & if a song feels good then i'm almost guaranteed to play it more than once. "Gonna shout it from the rooftops honey, gonna howl at the moon, cause baby i'm a fool for you", this "Howl at the moon" track is my favorite on the project & it has so much soul. The dope guitar solo in the middle of the song, to the lyrics, to the emotion of the song "& I can't scratch this itch, cause bitch I still love you"...the vibe alone of this song is the perfect ending to very solid project that i'm glad I ran across. Derek Lee G. is worthy of a listen.

A Novel Way to Spend an Hour" by Dr. Optimiser

The experimentational instrumentation of "A Novel Way to Spend an Hour" by Dr. Optimiser is something the world needs to hear. The build-up of the lead track "Enter Transmission" puts me in a trance & gives me a feeling of what's to come with this 12 song, project. I absoutely love the vibe on "Standing on houses", the beat is addictive & Zoe Maria handles the vocals & does a wonderful job. The eclectic sounds of "True" is also one of my favorites on the project. "Endomorph" has a sneaky-bounce feel to it that I certainly won't get tired of. This track right here feels good & I like the placement of it on the project right after "Inroads". The production on "Ghost lights" is out of this world. This song features Pale Pink & is one of the ones you will have to play on repeat. If you're looking for great production and some superb vocals every now and again, then this is a must-have for you.
This project "Blue by T. Ledger" is very eccentric, odd, refreshing, & very tasteful. The guitar licks & the free-will of the project is very satisying. My favorite on the entire project is "Freestyle SInging" the rawness of it is amazing & it feels good. Also the "Woweed Instrumental" is also pretty dope & it sounds excellent in my car. This is a very instrumentational album & full of eclectic sounds. Overall I like the spontaneity of the album which is always great to hear these days when most projects sounds almost the same these days. Any fan of guitar players or just a creative then this is something that you need to check out. Do not go into the project expecting the same regular tracks you hear on the radio, this is something different, something new, & something magnificent.

681 Smash releases video for "The Glizzy" (Local rappers)

681 Smash releases the music video for his new song "The Glizzy" which is featured on his debut project. Smash speaks on real life topics and how he feels about any and everything. The video is dark, cold, & informative. While the Glizzy is somewhat emotional, the tempo increases on Local rappers and lets everybody know exactly how he is feeling. "Yall niggaz don't like me, speak up", Smash is speaking some real lyrics that everybody needs to soak in. Local rappers also speaks on these lying ass rappers that's telling false stories in their music and everyday life. He also speaks on how he feels about one of his partners who disappointed him after he kept it real with him. 681 Smash most defintely delievered with this one & i'm lookin forward to hearing more.

Zel/Zelly got something special with this project

Zel/Zelly popped off Magic An Jabbar Zel An Jay off the right way. The high energy of the Magic & Jabbar captivated me off the top & I instantly had to start the song over half way through. The bass knocks & every verse is pure on this track. This "Ridiculoso" got my head knocking. This one of them tracks that can go off in the club, in the car, in the house, or etc. I love the aggressiveness of the track & the witty raps about drinking a faygo (my favorite guilty pleasure when I want to break the rules). "She dumb if she think that i'm cuffin", I love that line right there. This track is one of the upbeat tracks that everybody can feel. This one here gone be added to my own to work playlist. Track 3 speaks on "enemies" that we all have at some point in life so I most certainly can relate to this one. This is one of those smooth but insightful songs that is needed on this project. I like the placement of this song. "INSANE" is the perfect title for this song. This one is high energy, aggressive, head knocking, tough, & refreshing. The vibe of INSANE makes me want to get up and be productive, I love it. "I'm all in your bitch like IV". While making it to the last track, I had no idea what to expect. The first four songs gave me everything that I needed and wanted to hear. The last track "In they face" is my type of track. Speaking on real live situations, thoughts, & feelings. "Niggaz be playing both sides, niggaz be envy", this project is full of different types of emotions. If you looking for something upbeat, thoughtful, or if you just want to vibe out then this is perfect. "Bro said stop saying maybe, we gone make it out, Bro said stop saying maybe, we gone get a house, Bro said stop being lazy, get up off that couch". That might be the most important bars on the project. Everyone needs to hear it & soak it in. DOPE!

Ohxzy new project!!!! Right here!!!!

Ohxzy releases "Dirty little terror" & this eccentric project is something worth listening too. The first song cute/dirty is very interesting. The first half the song gives me the feel of a intro to a movie & when the beat switches everything is poetic. Dope lyrics, & dope concept. The track "laser beams!" is very energetic & sounds like something i'm supposed to hear in a nightclub while havin a great time. As the bass kicks hard over some overall dope production, this track here is pretty good. "ACiD" is one of those creative tracks that I like to hear. It's a lot going on in the beat but I don't have a problem with that at all. The track "Board it up!" is one of the songs I think will be a favorite off of the project for a lot of people. This gives me that drill music feel & it's amazing. This is one of the ones that you can most defintely put on repeat. "Step to the boy, get boarded up", this is one I want to hear outside at a party as well. "Karma" caught my attention from the beginning of the song. Karma features Sickboy & this right here is dope. A banging instrumental & the verses mesh well over the beat. I absoultely dig this one. "Pass me the shovel & watch while I dig this". The beat makes me want to break out in a dance routine or something. "Open casket" is a mood & is the perfect way to end the project.

The Dark Mic - Love & Other Drugs (Review)

The Dark Mic opens this album the way that I love for an album to open up. BARS!!!! I am a fan of hip-hop to the core so this is always a blessing. The Dark Mic opens up the album with "First Dose, First Love" & he his talking his talk. "Fuck a mumble rapper with your autotune ass". I love that line. A great way to open the project with bars after bars. With The Dark Mic doing the entire production on the project, I like how every song doesn't sound the same. "Dope" is the perfect title, this one here gives me an old school hip hop vibe with a new school flow. "Placebos" features Anna Y.C. & this is a refreshing track. The Dark Mic raps "Got a little money & I got a little lazy, like your baby mama now fuck you pay me". The witty bars & dope lines on this one is something you can replay. As soon as "Dead Love" came on, I could tell it was going to be soulful. This tracks features Mike Theodore. The Dark Mic expresses his true feelings on this song & this will most defintely touch your soul. Mike Theodore kills the hook & it's perfect for the vibe. "Conversations with the bottle, I been talking to the spirits" that line stood out on the 2nd verse. This one of my favorites on the whole project. "Too fucked up" is another track where The Dark Mic is expressing his true feelings & what the liquor does to him. Any rapper who can be emotional and dig deep to express everything always makes for a great song. Jess Hurley is featured on the "Good die young" & this is full of raw emotion. I also love the production on this song right here. "If I was good enough, I wouldn't be in this position", The Dark Mic raps on "Sertraline" that line along is very deep & it makes you think about life and everything in it. All I can is that the 2nd verse on this song is so uncut & raw. Listen & pay attention closely, this is rap!!! "Lead aspirin" starts off like some dope Kanye West production but it shifts to something groovy & fresh. This is one of the ones that's going to keep your head bobbing. A-F-R-O steps in on "The Takeback". Both guys perform excellent on the verses which makes for a dope collaboration. The Dark Mic couldn't let the song end without spitting some more bars after A-F-R-O. "Twelve Steps" features Antonia Marquee and this is one of those soulful raps that you need to focus on. Antonia kills the hook & I love that horn that's playing in the background on the hook. The production rises above on this one. The project ends with "Love & war" featuring Joe Borowsky. BARS!!! This is the perfect way to end the project in my opinion. The 2nd verse he raps about contempating suicide & how he made it out of that situation which is a blessing. The Dark Mic is ending the project the same way he started it & that's with dope lyrics, excellent production. @darkmicmusic

Eternal Flame - Warrior in flames (Album review)

The way the guitar hits on the intro "Warrior in flames" it's hard enough to get anyone's attention and make you pay attention to what's going. The follow up song "Alone in the dark" is an uptempo track with guitar licks that are sure to keep your head nodding. The vocals on "Alone in the dark" mesh perfectly with the beat. The title of "Instinct of survival" alone pulled me in. This is probably one of my favorite tracks off of the project, if not it's at least in my Top 3 of songs on the project. I love the way "Escape the life" comes on with it's mellow sound and the vibe increases to something magical and exciting. On "Salvation" everything comes together & syncs perfectly. It's always great when something great comes together & this is an example. "N.D.E." reminds me of one of those rock songs that was out in the early 2000's that used to be playing on MTV early in the morning as I got ready for school. "N.D.E." is one of the favorites as well & I love the concept. Eternal Flame blesses us with "Undefeated" and this has a bop to it that is addictive & irrestiable. The album ends with "Song of the fallen" & from the start of the song you can tell it's something that will be touching & powerful. "Song of the fallen" is emotional & one of the songs that makes you reflect. With this song being different from everything else on the album, it is defintely needed on the project & it fits perfectly. It's pretty much a great way to end this great project by Eternal Flame.

Naazhim$upreme - Flooded (Song review & More)

This "Flooded" is so hard!!! REAL Bars. The beat is hard and Naazhim$upreme is snapping on the whole song. My only complaint is that I wish the song was longer. I wanted to hear more but I was highly satisfied with the flow, the delivery, & the timing of the track. This is one that I can add to my playlist and let play on the regular. I'm a big fan of hearing people really rap and Naazhim$upreme is really rappin gon this "Flooded". I instantly played it back 3 times in a row. This one here is dope! Trust me!!!!
As soon as the hard hitting beat of "Financial Goal$" hit, I got excited because I could tell something exciting was about to happen. Also the song title pulled me in as well. This song has lots of replay factor as Naazhim$upreme spits some real bars & the beat is something that anybody can vibe to. If you out here trying to "Financial Rich" then this song is a good soundtrack for you while you reach and attain your goals. The song Money features WatchMensah & Watchkfly & this is an aggressive song with a hard hitting beat that gives me an east coast type feel. The vocals & the beat mesh good together & this also one of those songs you can add to your "Financial Soundtrack". I wanted to decide on who probably had the best verse but I can't. Everybody did their thing on the verses and bless the song together. A great collaboration!!! "Thirsty" gives me club vibes. I can absoutely see this coming on in the clubs & the ladies goin crazy as soon as the song starts. One of my motto is "Make the ladies feel good & you'll always have fans" & with this song here the ladies will be attracted to it. The beat is pretty funk & eclectic as well. The hook on this song is very catchy & I can imagine people singing it out loud as the DJ plays it. "Manana" has a hard hitting infectious beat that is making my speakers rattle as I listen. I can see me playing this on my way out on a good Saturday night out on the town. I also love the concept of this song. I most certainly can relate to it!!! 100%. Naazhim$upreme dropped a banger with this one indeed.

Mimic of a mind - Self destructive behavior

"Self destructive behavior" by Mimic of a mind is full of raw emotion. From the beginning of the song to the body of the song you can feel the elevation. The lyrics feel raw and meaningful. This sounds like one of those songs that can get a large reaction from a crowd during a live performance. Overall I like the song but what i'm more impressed with is the lyrics. Some lyrics will sound good over any beat and any genre. This is most defintely one of those songs that you have to play over & over. I highly recommend this song to anyone who likes great music with great concepts from hungry artists.

FranaTege - Coffee Kola (Review+Song)

"With the release of "Coffee Kola", FranaTege releases something refreshing, great & it's feels good. This is most defintely one of those songs you can put on replay. After my first initial listen, I had to play it again & listen to it at the highest volume. FranaTege is on the right track to be a superstar for a long time. It's something about the horns in the song that's addicitive to me. Her voice matches the instrumentation which makes the song so relaxing. "Coffoe Kola" is one of those songs I suggest you add to your daily playlist.
